Marquette – The Northern Center for Lifelong Learning will offer “Hands-On with Leatherwork” on Wednesday, June 27 at 1 p.m. at the Jacobetti Home for Veterans, 425 Fisher Street, Marquette.
Workshop leader Al Winfield will begin by giving the background and history of leatherworking. Participants will emboss and stain leather, creating a unique piece to bring home.
This class is $5 for NCLL members and $10 for non-members. Register by Thursday, June 21, by calling 227-2979.
