Maruette – The Northern Center for Lifelong Learning will offer the class “A Chef’s Panache for Cooking – Think Ethnic” on Friday, March 1 at noon at Elizabeth’s Chop House in Marquette.
Chefs Tom Wahlstrom and Chadd Wellman will create a special meal for participants while demonstrating the ingredients and preparation methods.
The cost is $15 for NCLL members and $18 for others. Registration deadline is Monday, February 27. Call Paula McCormick at 228-5489.
