Munising – An Ice Fest will be held on Saturday, February 4 beginning with registration for the Cardboard Classic Sled Race at 11 a.m. at the Munising American Legion.
The race will begin at noon. Registration is $3 per person or $25 for commercial teams.
A 5k snowshoe relay will be held at 2 p.m. Prizes will be awarded in every category in each race. There will also be children’s activities and games inside the legion, as well as food and beverages available.
A free shuttle to the Michigan Ice Fest climbing event will be available throughout the afternoon.
