Calendar – Community/Outdoors – Winter Book Festival – Jan. 27

Ishpeming – Ishpeming’s first Winter Book Festival will be held Thursday, January 27 from 4 to 8 p.m. in downtown Ishpeming.

If you like books, this will be the event for you. Bring the kids for the torch light ski run and browse the 1000’s of books. Refreshments and free ski rentals will be offered at Wilderness sports.

Meet the authors and publishers. Learn how to publish your book. Buy new books and trade or sell your old books at the Butler Theatre. Find that special old book at the Main st Antique Mall. Get inspiration from Ezekiel bookstore. New books are available at the Country Village Bookstore.
