Marquette – The registration for the second annual Winter Wonderland Cake Decorating Contest at the Peter White Public Library is Saturday, January 7. Bakers of all ages are encouraged to register to enter a cake of their own creation decorated in a Winter Wonderland theme.
The contest will be held on Saturday, January 14, in conjunction with the library’s annual holiday gallery of decorated trees and wreaths display.
The public is invited to attend the contest on January 14 and participate in the judging at 2 p.m. Community Room of the library.
Cash prizes will be awarded in three categories: professional, adult amateur and youth amateur. A people’s choice award for each category will be selected by the audience vote.
