Marquette – The film “Budrus,” about the Israeli-Palestine conflict, will be shown at on Thursday, October 20 at 7 p.m. in Magnusson Hall at Messiah Lutheran Church, 305 W. Magnetic Street, Marquette.
Local resident Barbara Michael, who has recently returned from Israel and Palestine, will offer insights about her visit.
The film “Budrus” is a true story of a village in the West Bank. A follow up discussion will be held about the ongoing human rights issues related to the Palestinian-Israeli conflict.
