Marquette -tThe Northern Center for Lifelong Learning will present the class “Beehives, Beeswax and Bee Business” on Friday, October 14 at 9 a.m. at Zero Degree Artists Gallery 525 N. Third Street, Marquette.
Joel Lantz, experienced beekeeper and member of the Superiorland Bee Club, as well as beeswax artist Leslie Allen, will talk about life in the beehive and how to use beeswax in artful products.
The class is free to NCLL members and $5 for others. Registration deadline is Friday, October 7. To register, call Carol Margrif at 249-9975.
