Marquette – There will be try-outs for a 4th Grade Boys Travel Basketball Team on Thursday, October 16 at 5:30 p.m. at Vandenboom Elementary School in Marquette Township.
Practices for the team will be held on Thursdays from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. starting on October 23 and running through April of 2009. If you cannot commit to the practices, (both parents and boys) please do not try out for the team.
Cost to be on the team is approximately $117.50, which includes tournaments, uniforms and gym time.
For the try-outs, the boys must wear a jersey with their name or a number on it so the child can easily be evaluated. Please bring a basketball.
