Marquette – Peter Claybaker will present “The History of Three French Breads: The Story of the Baguette, the Sourdough Boule and the Croissant” on Thursday, March 19 at 2:30 p.m. in the Whitman Hall commons at Northern Michigan University.
Claybaker is the owner and head baker of the Marquette Baking Company. The presentation will cover the history and baking processes of French bread. There will be an opportunity to taste each product.
