Marquette – A DocuMonday film “How to Cook Your Life” will be shown on Monday, August 1 at 7 p.m. in the Community Room of the Peter White Public Library in Marquette.
In this charming and enlightening film a Zen priest and a famous chef teach us how we can connect food to the way we live our lives. The chef uses Zen Buddhism to teach about the problem of disconnection from the physical world and how when you cook you give yourself the capacity to feel human again.
