Marquette – A presentation on traveling abroad on a budget will be offered on Tuesday, June 21 at 7 p.m. in the Community Room of the Peter White Public Library.
Robert P. Holley, professor at Wayne State University, will offer money saving tips on how to see the world. Dr. Holley will share his expertise on how to find cheap transportation arrangements, discounted lodgings including hostels and hotels, and other budget travel advice learned over years of extensive study and work related travel.
There is no admission charge to attend the presentation which is Part of the Novel Destinations 2011 Adult Summer Reading Program sponsored by Allyn Roberts in memory of Forest Roberts and the Carroll Paul Memorial Trust Fund of the Peter White Public Library.
