Marquette – The Northern Center for Lifelong Learning will present “Combating the Invasive Sea Lamprey” on Monday, May 23 at 1 p.m. at the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service office, located behind the Target store in Marquette.
Bob Kahl, fishery biologist, will discuss this invasive species and explain how it is harmful to lakes, rivers and native fish.
This class is free for NCLL members, $5 for others. To register, call Paula McCormick at 228-5489 by Thursday, May 19.
