Marquette – The Yellow Dog Watershed Preserve will sponsor an overview of the Clean Water Act on Wednesday, October 21 at 7:30 p.m. at the Federation of Women's Clubs clubhouse, at the corner of Ridge and Front streets in Marquette.
Admission is free, but donations will be accepted. Refreshments will be served.
Michelle Halley of the National Wildlife Federation will discuss the protections and limitations of the act, how the act impacts the Yellow Dog Watershed, and what citizens should know about it.
