Big Bay – A Girl Scouts fall teen retreat will be offered Friday and Saturday, October 8 and 9 at Bay Cliff Health Camp in Big Bay. The retreat is open to grades six through 12 and adult volunteers or parents.
The overnight event will prepare participants for the coming Girl Scout year. Activities will include games, stargazing, a night hike, information sessions, a cook-off and a gift basket auction. Also featured will be team building activities, a shoreline hike, a recycled T-shirt project, stress reduction tips, trip planning, conflict resolution instruction, and a session on building and using tools facilitated by Lowes representative Amy Lawson.
