Marquette – The Peter White Public Library will present Glenn T. Sarka, Marquette County Assistant Prosecutor and U.S. Army Captain Jason J. Rolling with a slide show and discussion on Afghanistan on Tuesday, August 24 at 7 p.m. in the Community Room.
Accompanied by their photographs of the country, Sarka and Rolling will address the issues of American involvement in Afghanistan as well as its people and the Afghan culture from both civilian and military perspectives. Both men have spent time serving their country in Afghanistan in different ways and will share their thoughts on how to work with the Afghani people. Audience questions are welcomed.
