Calendar – Education – Presentation on Polish Migration to the United Kingdom – Nov. 12

Marquette – Northern Michigan University’s International Education Week (IEW) will present Weronika Kusek of the earth, environmental and geographical sciences department, who will discuss the migration of nearly 600,000 Poles to the United Kingdom after Poland joined the European Union in 2004, on Wednesday, November 12 at noon in West Science room 2902.

IEW is a joint initiative of the U.S. Departments of State and Education to recognize the benefits of international education and exchange. The event is free and open to the public. For more information, contact the NMU international programs office at 227-2510.
