BLUES FOR LIFE CANCER BENEFIT

Lorrie Hayes, with the Flat Broke Blues Band and Carl Fulsher with the American Cancer Society stopped in to discuss the 4-th Annual Blues For Life Cancer Benefit. The event will be held at the Lagniappe Cajun Creole Eatery in Downtown Marquette this Saturday starting at 5:00 pm. Activities will include live blues music, food provided by the Lagniappe, a silent auction and more. The Blues for Life event will feature complimentary food from the Lagniappe and live music by FAST EDDIE’S BLUES BAND and THE FLAT BROKE BLUES BAND. Also on the bill is a silent auction and door prizes. A cash bar will also be available. All proceeds raised will go to the American Cancer Society for local cancer research and recovery programs.
