Attorney Brian Bloch, with the Lake Superior Legal Center in Marquette, visited our show to discuss legal issues connected to the recently-enacted Medical Marijuana Law in Michigan. While the law has the potential to benefit those who are truly and genuinely ill and wish to use marijuana to ease chronic pain, Bloch feels the language of the law is overly nebulous and has too many unanswered legal questions attached to it. He joined us to let us know that he is one of the few attorneys in town willing to discuss the law in depth with clients and would be available, through the Lake Superior Legal Center, to answer questions from the public as best as he could.
