(MARQUETTE, MI) – The annual Marquette County tradition of running, biking and swimming to support the “Y” is coming soon. Jenna Zdunek from the YMCA of Marquette County joined Mark and Walt in the Morning to preview this special event. The “Y” is hosting the Fourth Teal Lake Triathalon on July 16-th. The annual event will feature a competitive swim in Teal Lake in Negaunee as well as a round of running and biking on North Road.
The event also serves as a fund raiser for the YMCA’s Strong Kids campaign. The campaign supports the Strong Kids scholarship program that covers the fees for young people to use the Y for events and activities.
