A local art festival is coming back for its second installment at The Crib
in Marquette – The Luova Art Fest
returns this October 10th-12th and is encouraging local creatives of all kinds to get involved and participate! This is great for emerging artists and first-time exhibitors looking to connect with experienced artists and the community!
Event organizer Emma Schramm says submissions are still open with the deadline set at Friday, September 26th, at 11:59 PM. and there is still plenty of room for artists! Whether you are interested in submitting your work to display, have poetry to showcase or have an idea for a workshop or talk – Luova wants you to be a part of the weekend! They are still looking for donations, partners, sponsors and participants – from musicians and bands, to artist workshops and lectors anything creative is welcome and encouraged at Luova Art Fest!
Artist signup is due by Friday, September 26th, at 11:59 PM.The Artist Submission Fee is $15 per artist, due by the art drop-off day. Cash or PAYPAL preferred. If money is a concern, please get in touch with luovafest@gmail.com. All artist fees are allocated toward the monetary award chosen by the judges.
*All artists are accepted, however due to space limitations, we cannot guarantee all art can be accepted*

You do not have to be present at the show to be a part of Luova. The artist will be notified which pieces are selected for the show that weekend.
