This event was truly magical! The night could not have been any better! So much joy was being spread, and you could tell the kids loved it. The night started with some wonderful performances by the Studio Dance Arts Marquette and Marquette Gymnastics!
After some ‘Rockin’ Around the Christmas Tree’ unexpected company made a visit, and tried to sabotage the Christmas Tree Lighting! That’s right.. the Grinch!
The Marquette Police Department is here! After his attempt to ruin Christmas, he was unsuccessful and arrested. The kids cheered as he was taken away. Sure enough, after all the commotion, our guest of honor finally joined us!
It’s Santa! After his arrival, it was time to light the Christmas tree!
After the beautiful lighting, people began to head inside the Westwood Mall for drinks, hotdogs, cookies, and a chance to meet, and get a picture with Santa! All of our sponsors got a chance to spread some cheer to the community. The 2024 MediaBrew Goodwill Christmas Tree Lighting was a big ol’ success! Thanks to everyone who made it to spread some cheer this season!
