Homemade Jamz Blues Band Performs at NMU

MARQUETTE, Mich.—The Homemade Jamz Blues Band will perform at Northern Michigan University as part of the Northern Nights performance series. The Mississippi blues/rock ensemble will play at 7:30 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 13, in the University Center Great Lakes Rooms.
Ticket prices are as follows: students/kids, $5 in advance/$6 at the door; faculty/staff/seniors 60+ $13/$15; general public $18/$20; family pass (available in advance only) $40. They are available at all NMU EZ ticket outlets.
Billed as “the youngest blues band in America,” Homemade Jamz is composed of three teenage siblings who are talented musicians and have the intuition of souls much older than their years. They have electrified crowds across the country, up and down Memphis’s famed Beale Street and on the festival and blues cruise circuit. For more information, visit www.nmu.edu/northernnights.
