Manistique – The U.P. Teen Leadership Spring TLC Fest will be held Friday, April 17 through Sunday, April 19 beginning at 6 p.m. in Manistique.
The weekend-long training will provide high school students with a strong foundation of understanding and skills that will prepare them for a variety of leadership roles.
The theme of the training is “Bullying, Cliques and Stress: Where does it really begin? Name It! Claim It! Tame It!”
