Thomas Clay, emeritus director of state affairs for the Citizens Research Council, will present “Michigan;s Budget Crisis and the Prospects for the Future” on Monday, April 30 at 4 p.m. in Reynolds Recital Hall on the campus of NMU. The public is invited free of charge. Clay will focus hsi remarks on Michigan's budget situation and ways to change the state's economic picture.
