Marquette, Mi. – Hosted by Essentials Massage & Yoga, Gentle Yoga is this Tuesday night, May 8 from 5:45- 7:00 p.m.
Gentle yoga is on the spectrum between seated yoga and yin (restorative) yoga. This is a great gentle exercise class for young or old.

- Register for the class before coming as the instructor will be able to plan out the class and contact you if there may be a cancellation due to weather.
