Marquette – North Star Academy, a public school chartered by Northern Michigan University, will hold a meeting on a proposed new, free, and high-quality elementary school in Marquette, on Tuesday, March 31 at 7 p.m. in the Community Room of the Peter White Public Library in Marquette.
The proposed school would open in the fall of 2009. Input is sought so that the school meets the needs of children and parents in the community.
