Children's author, Marc Brown, creator of the “Arthur” series, will speak at a dinner on Thursday, October 11 from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m. in NMU's Great Lakes Rooms. The dinner is open to all educators, parents, and any adult and teen who may recall the “Arthur” books or t.v. program. The dinner is sponsored by the Marquette-Alger Reading Council as part of the Upper Peninsula Reading Association conference. Dinner and presentation cost is $20.
