The Midwest Skills Development Center, 411 Ave. A, Gwinn will host an open house for its electrical line technician program from 1 to 3 p.m. Thursday, November 1. Participants may tour the facility, talk to current and past students, meet instructors, see pole climbing demonstrations, and receive program enrollment and admission information.
