The Ishpeming-Negaunee-NICE Community Schools will be offering a three week Empowerment Through Movement class on Tuesday evenings starting October 30. Class time will be from 7 to 8 p.m. at the Negaunee High School. Learn ways to empower yourself by doing fun and relaxing movement and breathing and visualization activities. To register, call 475-4173. Registration is $15 and early registration is recommended.
