The Northern Center for Lifelong Learning will present Karl Bohnack highlighting his forthcoming book “U.P. of Michigan Almanac – Series 2” on Tuesday, February 26 from 1 to 2 p.m. in room 101 B at the Superior Dome in Marquette. The almanac is an overview of some U. P. history as well as current topics, including silver and gold mining and shipwrecks. Karl will show slides of various historical museums and speak about Henry Ford, Bishop Baraga and of course, the weather. Registration deadline is Friday, February 22.
