Marquette – Explore Tech: Engineering of Beer will be held on Wednesday, October 4 from 7 to 8 p.m. at Barrel and Beam Brewery, 260 North Woods Road, in Marquette.
Join Brewer Nick VanCourt on a tour of Barrel and Beam, where you will learn the science and engineering behind beer and brewing. See how ingredients are processed and learn about barrel aging, bottle conditioning and unique fermentation cultures. No product will be for sale at this event. Ages 21 and over only, please.
