Marquette – Bill Ballenger, editor and publisher of Inside Michigan Politics, will present “Speaking of Elections” on Constitution Day, Monday, September 17 at 4 p.m. in Mead Auditorium in the West Science Building at Northern Michigan University.
Ballenger is a former state representative and senator. He holds a bachelor’s degree from Princeton University and a master’s degree in public administration from Harvard University’s John F. Kennedy School of Government.
The public is invited free of charge.
