Cooks – The 45th Annual Cooks Corn Roast will be held on Sunday, August 20 from noon to 11 p.m. in Cooks.
There will be live music, a large auction, a bake sale, a cake walk, a beer tent, face painting, chicken poop bingo, bounce houses, and a chicken barbeque. All you can eat corn is $4.50 for adults, and free for children.
Six bikes will be given away and there will be a raffle with the grand prize of a 2017 Polaris Ranger.
All proceeds from the event will benefit the Inwood Volunteer Fire Department.
