Marquette Film fans are invited to enjoy a bring your own dinner film event with a screening of “Hacksaw Ridge” on Tuesday, July 11 at 6 p.m. in the Community Room of the Peter White Public Library.
“Hacksaw Ridge” tells the story of pacifist Desmond T. Dross, who enlists as an army medic during WWII. Based on a true story, he was the first man to receive a medal of honor without firing a shot. This 2016 historical drama is rated R and runs 2 hours and 19 minutes.
