Marquette – CineArts Films, a series devoted to foreign and independent films, will present the movie “The Iran Job” on Friday, April 10 at 7 p.m. in the Community Room of the Peter White Public Library.
This film follows one year in the life of American pro-basketball player Kevin Sheppard, who signed on to
play for the upstart Iranian Super League team, A.S. Shiraz. He expected the worst but finds a country brimming with generosity and acceptance.
