Please bring child’s certified birth certificate, immunization record and proof of residency.
Children do not need to be present to register.
A kindergarten screening appointment for each child will be scheduled at this time.
Kindergarten screenings will be held the first week of May 2017

For children age 5 before September 1, 2017
If your child is ready for kindergarten and is
5 years old by December 1, 2017 you can
still register for kindergarten provided you
complete a waiver.
Class held five (5) full days per week
JUNIOR KINDERGARTEN
For children age five (5) before December 1,
2017 (a waiver must be completed)
Class held five (5) days per week
