Get on the PATH to Better Health.  Workshop to be offered in Hancock

Topics include healthy eating, physical activity, managing medications, communication skills, fall prevention, and much more.  People who have attended this six session program feel better, are less limited by their health problems, and spend less time at the doctor or in the hospital.

The class will meet on Tuesday afternoons at Lakeview Manor Apartments – Community room.  The

workshops is from 2:30-5:00 p.m. beginning on September 16th and ending on October 21st.  There is no cost to attend and workshop materials will be provided.
