Project Keep Kids Warm 2015 Warms Up – Oct. 6 – 24

Ishpeming, MichiganOctober 2, 2015 – Wesley United Methodist Church will be sponsoring Project Keep Kids Warm for the 6th year. This is an important and wonderful community outreach and ministry to provide winter clothing for needy kids throughout the Ishpeming, Negaunee and Republic area. Each year the project’s success is determined by help from numerous volunteers.

Tuesday, October 6th, 6:00 – 9:00 pm: Bag and label assembly at Wesley

Saturday, October 10th, 10:00 – noon: Bags distributed throughout Ishpeming (lunch)

Saturday, October 17th, 10:00 – noon: Bags/clothing collected throughout Ishpeming (snacks)

Thursday, October 22nd, 5:00 – 8:30 pm: Set up tables and lay out clothing at the Armory

Saturday, October 24th, 9:00 – 1:00 pm: Free shopping day at the Armory

Saturday, October 24th, 1:00 – 2:00 pm: Pack extra clothing and take down tables at Amory
