Marquette – The Travis Swanson Trio and the Who Dat? Brass Band will perform at the Beaumier Coffee House Series concert on Saturday, November 5 at 7 p.m. in the Panowski Black Box Theatre in the McClintock Building at NMU.
Swanson is a Palmer native who made his way back to the Upper Peninsula after playing across the U.S., Denmark and Germany. His trio plays blues, R&B, soul and jazz. Who Dat? Brass Band is a seven-piece ensemble composed of a drummer, bass trombonist, trumpeter, sax, tuba, vocalist and led by trombonist Roscoe Scheiler.
Admission is a suggested donation of $5 for adults and $1 for students.
