Marquette – The Beaumier Coffee House Series will kick off the 2016-2017 season with performances by singer/songwriter Dave Bett and the experimental group, Radio On, on Saturday, September 10 at 7 p.m. in the Black Box Theater in the McClintock Building at Northern Michigan University.
A veteran of several musical groups in Marquette, Bett is one of the most recognized guitar players and singer/songwriters in the region. Bett will perform a concert of his original songs.
Radio On creates an experimental sound of electric landscapes, using original poetry from group members and electric guitars, flute and keyboard. The group features Russ Thorburn, Dylan Trost and Jeremy Morelock.
