Marquette – Film fans are invited to enjoy a bring your own meal film event with a screening of “Eye in the Sky” on Tuesday, July 19 at 6 p.m. in the Community Room of the Peter White Public Library.
This war drama stars Helen Mirren as Colonel Katherine Powell, a UK-based military officer who commands a top secret drone operation to capture terrorists in Kenya. Through remote surveillance and on-the-ground intel, Powell discovers the targets are planning a suicide bombing and the mission escalates from “capture” to “kill.”
“Eye in the Sky” is rated R and runs for 102 minutes. Viewers are welcome to bring their own takeout meal to enjoy in the dinner theater setting.
