Marquette – Film fans to enjoy a BYO meal movie event with a screening of “Star
Wars: Episode VII: The Force Awakens” on Thursday, July 7 at 12:30 p.m. and again at 6 p.m. in the Community Room of the Peter White Public Library.
Three decades after the defeat of the Galactic Empire, as depicted in The Return of the Jedi, a new threat arises. The First Order attempts to rule the galaxy and only a ragtag group of heroes can stop them, along with the help of the Resistance.
This epic space opera film is the seventh installment in the main “Star Wars” film series and is rated PG-13. The Matinee Movie will be shown with closed captioning on for access to all while the BYO Dinner Theater screening will have no subtitles. Viewers are welcome to bring their own takeout meal to enjoy in the dinner theater setting.
