Marquette – A free screening of the modern classic film “Independence Day” will be offered on Thursday, June 16 at 6:30 p.m. in the Community Room of the Peter White Public Library.
Anticipating the upcoming sequel, this film stars Will Smith, Bill Pullman, and Jeff Goldblum in the original story of aliens arriving to invade and destroy Earth. Fighting superior technology, mankind’s best weapon proves to be the will to survive.
“Independence Day” is rated PG-13, and runs for 145 minutes. Light refreshments will be served.
