Marquette – DocuMonday will present the documentary film “The Salt of the Earth” on Monday, May 2 at 7 p.m. in the Community Room of the Peter White Public Library.

For the last 40 years, the photographer Sebastiao Salgado has been traveling through the continents, in the footsteps of an ever-changing humanity and has witnessed some of the major events of our recent history; international conflicts, starvation and exodus.

“The Salt of the Earth” is rated PG-13 and runs for 110 minutes. There is no admission charge. For more information, visit www.pwpl.info or call 226-4318.
