Marquette – A “Once Upon A Time” puppet show will present a unique interpretation of the ancient Japanese story of “The Crane Wife” on Saturday, February 27 at 1 p.m. and again at 2 p.m. in the Community Room of the Peter White Public Library.
Veteran performers of Vertigo Theatre Company bring their acting talents to the library puppet stage to present this well-known story using a kabuki theater style with the library’s extensive puppet collection handcrafted by retired PWPL Arts Specialist, Bryn Smith.
There is no admission charge thanks to sponsorship by the Friends of the Peter White Public Library.
