NMU Group Hosts Reel Rock Film, Climbing Activity – Nov. 13

Marquette, MichiganNovember 11, 2015 – The South Superior Climbing Club at Northern Michigan University will host a screening of the annual Reel Rock Film Tour, followed by a “Midnight Madness” climbing activity, on Friday, Nov. 13. Both are open to the public.

The movie Reel Rock 10 will be shown at 7:30 p.m. in the Jamrich Hall auditorium. It features athletes Tommy Caldwell, Kevin Jorgeson, Alex Honnold, Jimmy Webb, Daniel Woods and a special tribute to the late Dean Potter. Admission is free. Immediately after the movie at the PEIF, the climbing wall will be blacked out and participants will have to rely on headlamps to navigate. There will also be raffles. Admission to the climbing activity is free with a PEIF pass or $5.
