Marquette – The Human Condition, a non-fiction book discussion group, will meet on Wednesday, November 18 at 7 p.m. in the Dandelion Cottage Room of the Peter White Public Library.
The group meets on the third Wednesday of every month, and is hosted by Jeremy Morelock. This month’s book is “At Hell’s Gate: A Soldier’s Journey from War to Peace” by Claude Anshin Thomas. The book is a dramatic coming-of-age story and a spiritual travelogue from the horrors of combat in Vietnam to discovering a spiritual approach to healing violence and ending war from the inside out.
