Marquette, Michigan -October 31, 2015 – The Halloween Spectacle, originally scheduled for Saturday, October 31, is being rescheduled to Sunday, November 1 because of inclement weather. The procession to the Marquette Commons will still take place at 6:30 p.m., and the Halloween Spectacle will take place at 7:00 p.m.
