Marquette, Michigan – October 26, 2015– Marquette’s United Methodist Churches invite the public to the fourth annual Haunted House and Trunk or Treat event on Saturday, October 31, 2015 from 3:00pm to 5:00pm in the Parking lot of First United Methodist Church at 111 E. Ridge Street in Marquette.
Kids of all ages are invited to “trunk or treat” in the parking lot and tour the haunted house inside the church. In addition, free hot dogs, chips and kool-aid will be available.
“This is a wonderful opportunity for all three of our churches to give back and provide a family-friendly event,” said Rev. Kristi Hintz, First United Methodist Church. “Each year, our haunted house is better than before so we’re excited to see lots of kids with smiles and having a great time.”
“With so many things going on downtown on Saturday, we encourage everyone to come out and partake in the Halloween festivities,” said Christopher Hintz, Grace United Methodist Church.
Admission is free and all are welcome.
