Marquette, Michigan – ‘Rock the FRT’ Event Seeks Band Auditions
Northern Michigan University’s Forest Roberts Theatre is hosting auditions for “Rock the FRT,” a battle of the bands event that celebrates local music. To audition, send a video or audio track to Technical Director David Pierce at davpierc@nmu.edu by Friday, Sept. 8.
About six selected bands will compete for a cash prize and the local title. The musical battle will be held at 7:30 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 14, at Forest Roberts Theatre.
“Rock the FRT” will feature entertainment designs by NMU theater students.
